"Used to be an ok place to buy glass. Prices went up and quality went down. Looked for a waterpipe and everything had cracks from poor workmanship and every diffuser slit was unsanded (with glass dust left in the percolators)!!! Not worth your time anymore. And if you say anything about the quality, the guy says it was made like that. Duh. Don't be born yesterday."

"Dont believe the 5 star reviews. They are from friends and employees of the manager, plus the manager himself. They try to have 1 star reviews like mine silenced. This smoke shop is way over priced, always has been. When iitold the guy that theyre overpricing, he said "Then go somewhere else." You're paying usually 50-80 cents more per cigarette pack than anywhere else in wichita including QuikTrip. Don't buy their rolling tobacco either, they have cheapo brands that they charge a lot more money for. Just go to the gas station right next door, or the QuikTrip down the street. They're cheaper. This store isn't worth anyone's time."

"This place had my brand of cigarettes when NOBODY else in town did! Marlboro Virginia Blend are one of the best cigarettes made by Marlboro- but because they are never on sale and a little more pricey than the others, people just don't buy them as much as the cheaper ones so, stores don't carry them. But this place values every customer and continues to sell this hard to find product even at a lower profit margin for their store. THAT'S customer service at it's best! Thank you Smoke Town!"
