When I finally was able to, an adjuster left a voicemail that I wasn’t able to get to within 24 hours and he just shows up at my house without my knowledge and proceeds to inform us we have no claim. Shady business, shady people. Do not EVER go through these guys. We’ll be finding new insurance."

"Absolutely the worst of the worst. We were hit, while sitting completely still, by a car attempting to pass on the wrong side and this shady company won’t pay the damages to our vehicle. Trevor Makinson the claims guy says “I’m not sure who is at fault” as if the fact we were not even moving and we were hit by someone passing on the wrong side who nearly hit a pedestrian as well isn’t enough info to see fault. Clearly an untrustworthy and incompetent business not interested in doing the right thing."
