"Does this location just pick and choose their own hours? We went to get ice cream on a Friday night a full hour and 10 minutes before closing. As soon as we pulled up in front of the store, the person inside ran to the front door locked it and turned all the lights off before we could get out of the car. Then, I went to the store to get ice cream tonight, the lights are out and nobody is there a full hour before closing. It is extremely frustrating when I'm driving from another part of town to come and get ice cream and there's nobody there during operating hours. It's a waste of my gas and of my time. From all of the bad reviews about the terrible customer service so many have received at this particular location, I can only assume the owners must not care considering how there is not one single reply to any of these reviews. Will not waste my time with this place again. The ice cream is good but it is not worth the frustration. Especially when there are kids looking forward to a treat and you have to tell them "sorry buddy, looks like they decided to close early AGAIN"."
