"I don't think this organization values it's clients. We had two PPO polices on our kids for more than 20 years with AVA. When our children were finally able to secure Health Insurance on there own, I called to cancel the plans. Staff didn't follow Privacy guidelines and said I could cancel these policies, although my kids were both over 18. They didnt even try to contact me about the issue even though they had my email and phone number. This oversight cost me two more payments. Then when I called and was told what the issue was there was no apology. So I had my daughters send the cancel request to AVA and low and behold, another withdrawal this month. So these policies still haven't been canceled. So they have cost me more than $1000 over the last three months. AVA might not think that is a lot of money but it is to me. I finally had to stop payment, but that may not work with Insurance. I guess Stan Clements must not care about his clients, if he can't hire staff that actually care about his customers. I would seek out another insurance broker if you are working on your open enrollment. Larry Schuermann, Emmett ID"
"All Valley helped me with my Medicare enrollment and questions. I am very pleased with the knowledge and understanding this company has shown me. Rachel helped me find a supplement plan which I felt was best for me beginning of 2023. Checked in with her this open enrollment time about my current plan, and she pleasantly went over the 2024 changes. Just a phone call and an email took a lot of stress off of me.
