"Thankfully this is not our forever home. I will never, ever recommend this builder. We've been in this house for 16 months and we still have issues from our 30 day walk through. They ignored many of our issues and I am embarrassed of our home. Heating and cooling isn't working as intended, hand railing on stairs are not secure, I still have painting that needs done. To tell you that my kids bathroom didn't have hardware for the first 11 months is far from the worst thing going on. Again, drive around any new construction neighborhood and ask the neighbors if they are pleased with their home. I can count 11 neighbors on my block that are not. 1 had a basement flood this month and another has a roof leak right now. Save your money for 30 years and go with another builder."

Megan went above and beyond helping us through this process with excellent communication- since we are doing this from out of town. She has been friendly and a joy to work with. We also want to give a shout out to Emily Murphy who was our original builder and spent the day with us making all of the design and construction decisions. She again was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She also went above and beyond with good communication and even sending us pictures of the building progress. The building process, which at times can be very overwhelming and stressful (or so I hear) was made simple. They build each home as if it were their own. They care about the details and they are always transparent along the way. The journey was amazing. There were no surprises. I take that back, there was one. We were able to close 2 weeks earlier than planned because of how amazing Isaiah was at being able to keep everything on track and running smoothly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to build a home. We love it."
