Y'all need to make these body's a cheat sheet so they can sell your stuff... Don't even comment back with the bogus I'm sorry or the customer service number, thats ridiculous."

"In March of 2021, I purchased a 3000lb capacity 5.5'x10' carry-on trailer at this location. In May of 2022, the coupler catastrophically failed, causing the trailer to detach at speed. I visited the store and explained this to the manager, Brandon. According to him, providing my name, phone number, date of purchase, and vin number was insufficient evidence I purchased the trailer at that store. Without a store reciept, and with the trailer being 3 months out of manufacturers warrenty, the best he could offer me was a discount on a replacement coupler. Be warned potential shoppers, this is apparently a "wear item.""
