"The Warren 21 was a very nice experience. The theater seating is reserved and the aisles are big enough that you can lay back in your recliner and people can still walk past in front of you. There are multiple cup holders on the seats and a rotating tray for your food. The tray may rub on your legs while reclined. The seats are heated, but once they heat up for a few minutes they auto shut off so you have to keep turning them back on, but they heat really nice. I was comfy. This is a nice experience and my wife and I loved it, it’s a nice night out for dinner, albeit the food isn’t quite restaurant quality. The give you the food in cardboard to-go containers that you can take into the theater with you. It’s done pretty quick (under 30 minutes for us) and they give you a buzzer to let you know it’s ready. Since the previews go on for like 30 minutes past the scheduled movie start time we got our food before the movie started even having ordered at the scheduled start time. My wife enjoyed the cheese fries and said they were good. We shared overloaded nachos, but it was honestly lacking in ingredients and was basically just covered in jalapeños. I really enjoyed the boneless wings, ranch was good and the sugary waffle that came with it was amazing! I also had the cotton candy cheesecake with funnel cake fries, the cheesecake basically just tasted like cheesecake which was ok with me, and the funnel cake fries were amazing! So good! There is a bathroom right in that lobby you enter when you go through the Warren 21 doors and there is a concession right there that you order at. You can exit from the side doors straight to the parking when you are finished. There are numerous theaters down the hallway so lots of options for a night out. I’d say it was a nice adaptation from the old Warren old town model, it kind of takes a mixture between the directors suite and the stadium old town feel minus the seat side service, but almost as intimate as the directors suite. Recommended!"
"Honestly, the Warren East has been a shadow of its former self since the local chains were sold to Regal. The change in ownership was IMMEDIATELY apparent a few years ago when the sale was complete. Cleanliness (or lack thereof) being the first noticeable change. The theater was markedly cleaner and in better overall shape when it was still under the Warren banner. I can mostly understand the impact to business that the gross mishandling of the pandemic made economically, BUT there's just no excuse for the state of the theater 4 years on. I guess this can be expected when a huge corporate entity takes over a loved local business though. They have no connection to the heritage of the business, nor do they care to. Sad. In a world of massive conglomerates that routinely swallow up smaller competitors this kind of experience can be expected. There's a reason the AMC is doing better than the local Regal theaters: their standards are just higher. My family used to love going to the Warren theaters, but now we take our business to the AMC because the experience is always better. Sorry Regal, but you've dropped the ball."
"Great theater, the 21 section is very cool with a large food selection. I had the pretzel bites and they were very good."
"I just had part of my big toe amputated, and I haven't quite regained my balance, yet. I fell, and I was embarrassed. I was refilling my drink and talking with Natasha. It came up that I had fallen, and she was nice enough to get me a new drink. She's a real professional. If there wasn't about a hundred reasons why I'm already a fan of Regal, Natasha would definitely be a reason to return. I absolutely love the staff here, the seats are comfortable, and the theatres are clean. I truly love this place. Thank you Natasha for making this a great visit."
"Experiences will obviously depend on what theater you go to. The Warren 21 that comes with heated recliner seats, and the fact that you have to be 21+ to enter provides a great movie watching experience for adults. The seats have an attached table, and you can enjoy a nice meal. However, prices are steep for these movie theater entrées. They do have half off Tuesday, and you can get a better deal if you wanna go for a matinee feature."
