"Terrible customer service. The plastic vape when heated will bust on you. Anyone should know Number one you don't smoke out of plastic when plastics heated it releases oh what? Yes very unhealthy and causes cancer.....Heated plastic is not a good thing. No one smokes out of plastic. To refuse to exchange it was totally unacceptable I will be contacting the company. Yes I was correct, many online reviews stating the obvious they pop and explode...... And the reviews on the company weren't exactly good either!"
