"Would've been 5 star, but they took away the churro. This is a smaller warehouse than some, but I don't miss out on Costco favorites. Parking isn't the worst, but there's no gas station."

"Best. Customer. Service. Ever. I bought two pallets of flooring when it went on sale and rented a U-Haul truck to transport it. I was unsure how it was going to work out but I had hope. My two teenage boys were helping me. Everyone was beyond helpful from the lady manning the door, to the guy who met me in the correct aisle, to the incredible guys working at the loading dock. They were super helpful and friendly. They loaded up the truck using a forklift, then loaned us a tie down for the first trip (we had to return for a second partial pallet), and even helped tighten the load down for us! I’m beyond grateful and impressed. I only wish I could thank those guys by name but I failed to take note when I was there."

"We went to Verizon and spoke with Kyle Manning about upgrading our S21s. He was very informative, patient, and helpful. He answered all of our questions, explained the upgrade process, and showed us what our new billing would be. Mentioned a special on a Galaxy Tablet so I purchased one. All in all a very good visit and we upgraded to the S24+. Would definitely recommend talking to Kyle at Verizon if you are considering an upgrade. He also printed a return label for us. Good that he did because the one I received in email from Verizon is not printable."

"I went with a friend, fortunately. When we checked out, I learned my member card was expired. The checker asked if I wanted to renew, I said "no," so we used my friend's member card & she paid for my purchases. The checker had charged the $120 renewal fee in spite of me saying "NO", & would not reverse that charge! Now I have to drive to Bend in order to get that $120 refunded! (90 mile round trip) Costco membership is a luxury I cannot afford. I've gone there all of 4 times in the past 5 years and never alone."
