"It was ok. Would stay here again. As with a lot of hotels. The front desk is unmanned. Have to ring a bell for service. Just be aware. They add $1.50 to your bill for the in room safe. You can request to have it removed."

"Passing through McCook, we were in need of rooms for the night. This Quality Inn was a pleasant surprise, and we're so glad we stopped. Satya was very welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Although the property is older, it is clean and well kept. There is coffee and water in the lobby, and quite a few options for breakfast. A nice place to stay at a nice price."

"Great rooms and breakfast at an even better price. Stayed on multiple occasions and will continue to stay there every time I'm in McCook. One thing I'd like to mention to management is in Priceline when searching for McCook the hotel doesn't show in list. You can go to map view and find it that way but I believe it's because hotel is listed Mc Cook with a space between. Oddly enough, I tried to book a room at Quality Inn North Platte 60 miles away and this hotel was first on list. Maybe because I stayed prior, idk. It was a non refundable room and the manager did go ahead and allow a refund to be processed. I am super grateful and wanted to mention previously that I thought he could get more business potentially if address was updated on Priceline to actually show hotel in McCook. Figured I'd give review for him to see and to let him know how much I appreciate him cancelling the booking. Just another reason to stay here. Great hotel and a great owner. See you again soon I'm sure"

"I'll preface by saying the woman at the front desk was super nice and the room/bed was decent. BUT... the toilet in my room wasn't flushed, the shower was gritty and there was random hair in it, and mold on the walls. THEN, the electrician came into my room when I was in the bathroom, even though I had the do not disturb sign on my door. The owner's response? "Well people usually aren't in their rooms around this time." It was 4:30 pm. Then added insult to injury by "offering" me the free breakfast the next morning that is already part of the price. Told my company to never book here again."
