"This is honestly the best medical team I’ve come across since moving here in 2018. Dr Robison and his team are absolutely. Malia Frazier, NP was the one who we saw for the initial appointment and she verified our concerns for my 3 year old daughters sleep apnea, amongst other things, when a provider at another office told us “she’d grow out of it”. The surgery team was a cohesive unit and all so very very kind. They made all the kids feel so special and you can see how much they want to help everyone that comes in. Dr Price, anesthesiologist, was informative and direct and answered all questions without the run around. As did Dr Robison. More honorable mentions are Emily, Tara (Kara? she had clear glasses), Jackson; and many more whom I wish I could remember their names. I without a doubt would refer anyone to see Dr Robison and his team and am so very thankful for their time and commitment."
"My daughter had surgery in September and a follow-up appointment scheduled for the end of October. A few days before her follow up I received an automated text message that I needed to call the office to reschedule her appointment. I was a bit frustrated that they wouldn’t call ME to reschedule, especially after calling and waiting on hold for 20 minutes before finally hanging up. I received another automated text message that I needed to call to reschedule. Finally, the day before her appointment, I received a call from them and the scheduler’s first question was “haven’t you been receiving our text messages?” I said that I had but I had tried to call and was on hold and decided it is their job to call me. She told me the next available appointment for the 2 providers my child needs to see is in JANUARY!! 3 months away? And 4 months post-op? Absolutely ridiculous, St Lukes! Your customer service has gotten increasingly bad and we will be finding other providers from now on."
"We visited Dr. Chaffin 7 months ago concerning a lip tie on my then 3 month old. We waited a month and a half for this appointment. My daughter had all of the symptoms of a lip tie including the physical presence of a tie. I was hoping it would alleviate some of the problems we were having with breastfeeding. I looked forward to this appointment because I felt like it was a step towards making my colicky baby happier. When he walked into the appointment, he immediately began questioning who referred us and informing me on how lip ties are over diagnosed. My daughter is a fussy baby (hence us being there) and he made me feel embarrassed for having a crying baby. He would question over and over why she was crying. He also made fun of my 8 year old daughter who was covering her ears from my baby crying. When examining he did not even look at her top lip. He examined her tongue. Hindsight I should have said something but I was so worried about my screaming sweating baby and this doctor that was obviously judging. I left feeling defeated, embarrassed and helpless. In the notes on her my chart there is only information on a tongue tie. I know she doesn’t have a tongue tie, we were there ONLY for her lip. I felt he had preconceived notions about us before even stepping into the room. I left comment on our survey and asked to be contacted but never heard back. Fast forward to today, my 9 month old has a giant gap between her two teeth because of an obvious lip tie that was ignored. I am incredibly frustrated that this was neglected. I decided to look at the Google reviews after searching their number and it is only more infuriating to see that we are not the only ones that have experienced the same issues."
"There was a bit of a mix up on my appointment but the staff was more than accommodating and sympathetic to my 4 hour drive to come see them! They made special scheduling arrangements for my son when we have to go back and get his tubes in so that we won’t have to make more trips in the following weeks. The staff there seemed legitimately happy and like they love what they do which creates a wonder welcoming and comforting environment. I couldn’t be happier with the care my son received and I am looking forward to his next visit."
"We have loved our interactions with this clinic, but more specifically our provider, Jaeger Ashton, NP. She's been such a great resource to our family and a partner in our sons health. She even signs with the children. We have loved our experience with their office."
