"All great things to say about the Inn at 500 Capital in Boise. The manager, staff, and valets are all great. Same employees there after a few visits. Hopefully they are well taken care of because everyone was amazing. I didn’t catch everyone’s name that was so helpful and genuinely nice. Chad and Chase, the valets were excellent. There was even a lobby dog, super cute frenchie. Kudos for that dog hanging out in the lobby making EVERYONE happy. Very helpful airport shuttle drop off and pick up. Lovely lobby atmosphere. Rooms are even better with different themes of art, wine, local. Event rooms are very nice as well. Rooms have a room service nook! There’s a small door outside every room that leads to a little cubby in the closet. You don’t even have to see or answer the door. It’s amazing. Highly recommended. Walking distance to everything Boise. My employer booked an ongoing company account."

"First time in Boise and so glad my company booked this hotel. 5 STAR LOCATION 5 STAR SERVICE 5 STAR ROOMS Loved the extra bonus of free snacks and soft drinks/water you can help yourself to. Special mention to Chad and Chase who transported my work colleague and I to and from the airport on several occasions. I've told my company that I won't stay anywhere else but the 500 next time I'm in Boise."

"As a 40 year residence of Boise, I can tell you this is great hotel in a great location. The only thing that surprised me was when I went to use a Christmas special purchase I was informed this can only be used during times selected by the hotel so busy weekends with events going on are blocked out. Not cool. Sorry"

"I highly recommend this as a place to stay in downtown Boise. The staff were kind, helpful and considerate as to all my questions. The room I had was spacious and the bed and bedding comfortable to sleep in. Only downside was the lack of other hot items(like tea or hot chocolate) to go with the Kuerig in the room and no spoons were available to use to stir in creamer and sugar."

"Inn at 500 Capital is a quaint little boutique hotel on the edge of downtown Boise. It is small enough that you do not feel lost in the crowds and the location is walkable to a wide assortment of festive downtown dining options - which is absolutely recommended. For those not familiar with Boise, it is a great little city. There are many interesting little restaurants (some chains, but mostly unique local places) and entertainment options that you can visit day or night without ever feeling unsafe. One of the best amenities at the hotel is the snack bar. Guests are able to pick up light snacks (chips, granola bars, rice crispy treats and similar small items) and drinks (sodas, water) for free at the front desk. The seemingly unfillable teenage kids love grabbing snacks before they head to their room. My wife particularly likes being able to grab a bottle of water each time we leave the hotel. The hotel requires valet parking as there is no public parking lot. But the valet station is continually staffed and there is normally someone around with little to no waiting. The staff is friendly and we have never had an issue during our half dozen visits. One amenity the hotel is missing is a pool. Boise is not where we go looking for a swimming vacation, but if that is important to you, then look elsewhere. While they do have a hotel restaurant, there are much better options nearby."
