"The wonderful team here responded quickly to my needs so I could get home and recover. I really appreciate their kindness and quickness to get me healing."
"I was hoping to get my prescription at 8 this morning but this pharmacy does not open until 10 am . Pt appointments usually happen around 8 am maybe earlier depending on clinic. 10 am open time can be an inconvenience for those needing prescriptions filled before work schedule especially those employed by st lukes ."
"Hands down the most incredible crew working when I went to get my rx tonight! They listened, empathized and went above and beyond to give me the best care possible ❤️"
"The staff I have interacted with are kind, professional, and helpful. They are well organized as a business. I have never had an issue with a medication being out of stock. Every time I call someone is on the other side immediately, ready to help. They even provide a service where they bring your medication to your car. I really appreciate this because I usually don’t want to bring my kids inside. I can’t think of a single thing I think they could improve. There’s almost never a long line in my experience. I drive an extra 15 minutes to go there and back and it’s worth it."
"This is the worst St. Luke's pharmacy but unfortunately the closest one to my house. As an employee I'm forced to use St Luke's or I would go ANYWHERE else. This is the second time I've dropped off a prescription a few days early because I know they don't stock it and will have to order it. And this is the SECOND time they've not ordered it ahead so I can't pick up my prescriptions on time! The first time I dropped it in their drop box because they were closed with a note that asked to please order it ahead of time so it would be ready by the fill date (their hours are also awful, especially for someone who works nights) . When I called to verify it was ready, they told me they don't check the drop box when they open the pharmacy in the morning (at 10am), rather they check it when they get there in the morning (around 7am). So anyone who drops off a prescription before they roll open the pharmacy doors for that day has to wait until the NEXT day before anyone actually checks the box!! That basically defeats the purpose of the drop box. This time I decided to talk to a person rather than use the box, thinking I'd have a better oitcome. Silly me! I dropped my prescriptions off on Thursday knowing they would need time to order them and knowing I could fill them on Monday. I specifically told the tech they would need to be ordered because they never have them in stock. She said no problem, she'd take care of it. When I call on Monday, they tell me it's not ready and they will order them for Tuesday! Again as an employee its EXTREMELY frustrating that there is a pharmacy on every corner but instead I have to play this game with St Luke's EVERY MONTH. The Nampa pharmacy is already an hour drive from my house, round trip. I was told the Boise pharmacy might have it in stock if I wanted to come get my prescriptions and take them there. I don't want to spend two hours in the car, driving all over the place because this pharmacy continually screws up and leaves me without medication despite my efforts to avoid this exact same situation. If I wasn't forced into using this pharmacy I would NEVER use them."
