Dr. Kimberly Ferguison, MD

"I would give Dr. Ferguison 0 stars if I could. She has been our pediatrician for 7 years and she is the most unfriendly, condescending, dismissive doctor I’ve ever been to. Our last visit was the final straw and we are happily seeing another provider in the valley now. Make sure you don’t bring up any questions or concerns about your child’s health at your “well child visit”, or she will will also charge you for a “problem visit”. Dr. Ferguison asked how my infant was sleeping, I responded “not great”, then she advised me to let her cry it out at night and charged me an extra $180 for that conversation. Another time she noticed a rash (I didn’t bring it up), she told me to stop using lotion, and then charged me an additional $180 for that conversation. You are just a dollar sign to her and she couldn’t care less about your children. 0/10 would not recommend."

"We have been with Dr Ferguison for 17 years since birth. She is always thorough professional knowledgeable and the sweetest disposition you could ever ask for. We will keep her as long as we can until age will force our hand. Dr Ferguison is amazing and very valuable to our community. The clinic itself is kind and friendly and welcoming with all of its staff. I recommend everyone to go here unless you take up all the appointments and then I prefer you go somewhere else. Hahaha they really are fabulous."

"She was our doctor for seven years for both of our kids, she knows them and their health history. When we reached out to her for a recent worry about one of our kids, she freaked out and acted totally unprofessionally. We do not need a doctor that freaks out, we need a professional."

"If I could give zero stars I would. My stepdaughters physician is Dr Ferguison. I have 4 children and have been to dr visits more times then I can count. This one in particular was the worst most humiliating experience I have ever had. She shamed me and my daughter out right for multiple things, was cranky, short and cut me off almost every time I spoke and wouldn’t look at me when I talked to her. I’ve never wanted to get out of an office so quickly in my life. With that being said, I’ll have our medical files transferred to another pediatric dr first thing in the morning."
