"The staff at this facility obviously have no idea how insurance works. My daughter was going here and I didn’t have insurance when we started but made sure to call the clinic and asked if they took a specific insurance before I purchased insurance. Well long story short what they told me was a lie and we weren’t in network . so instead of doing the right thing and getting the situation fixed, I had to come out of pocket the full amount which insurance did not cover and I had to find my daughter a new pediatrician. Thoroughly disappointed and I’d never recommend this office to anyone. PSA: If your answering the phones at a business you should know what your telling people to be the truth or tell them hey I’m not 100% sure , let me get back to you with the correct information."

"Oh how I miss this place as it used to be before they teamed up with Saint Al’s!!! We hadn’t been in awhile, because we had no reason to. My teens had a joint wellness appointment…always has been free. Now I get a bill for $700?!? For what??? At no time were we told our insurance is now out of network nor told what kind of costs to expect. I can weigh and measure kids myself. We were charged an extra $50.00 for a “new patient visit “ because our son hadn’t been in two years even though we’ve been going there their entire lives. Spent hours on the phone no one was willing to honor the “No Surprises Act”, they wouldn’t bill as if we had no insurance and they wouldn’t even take off the new patient charge. I’m extremely disappointed. Dr. Ally would be so mad. Never going back. New Pediatrician found. Greedy, greedy health care system"

"After sitting in the waiting room for about an hour and filling out paperwork they refused to see my 6 week old because we didn’t have their birth certificates. When they were talking to me they were very rude, and saying it’s their policy to ask for documentation even after we showed them the insurance information, never going back to this practice."

"I took my son in for confirmation that some statements he was making were developmentally appropriate. I had established care with them already, but he hadn't been to the doctor in a year and half because he had been well. They charged me over 300$ after insurance for the doctor to spend ten minutes telling me my son was fine. When I questioned the billing, I was given a run around and no answers. Not impressed. The doctor was kind. If it weren't for inflexible, odd policies, and high costs, I might be back. Instead, I'll establish care with a provider that will work with me more."
