"UPDATE: I’ve been back twice since this day and I have to say someone must have been having a couple crummy days. I have seen a great attitude and service change, which really makes me happy because locally owned businesses are my go-to businesses. I really miss the women who worked there. I have all of my prescriptions with Star Pharmacy, even though I get a break using CVS. Over the past two months, with the staff change, service has been less than friendly. I actually asked if my doctor had called in a particular medication and the young man seemed annoyed and muttered “not yet, it was on the recording”. Rather than bother him further, I asked if I could pick it up the next day and he responded with “probably”. Then he quickly asked again what medication, and after telling him, he said in quite an annoyed tone “it’s already ready, go over to the other side to pick it up”. Perhaps this job is too stressful. People picking up medication often don’t feel well; the last thing we need is someone who is too stressed to provide customer service. 2 strikes in 2 months, hopefully there won’t be a 3rd because I have options, but like to frequent small businesses."

"Fast, friendly, efficient. My family now goes here off of my recommendation & I'll never use a different pharmacy for as long as I live in Idaho. Kinda wish they were open on a weekend, but I'd take the service here over a different 7 day pharmacy anytime. (Since original review was posted, they are now open on Sat too!)"

"I've lost count as to how many surgeries I've had in the last 3 years... (10) total if I recall. Janine and her team of caring folks take care of me like Family each and every time!
