Walmart Pharmacy

"Bad enough you can't keep my meds in stock, but getting the run -around when I call to get help is extremely frustrating. It would be nice if your people could be more pleasant on the phone. Now even if you come from Urgent Care or after calling in a refill, they ask you to wait 15 or 20 mins so you can do some shopping. I feel too sick to wander around the store. This pharm used to be good, but now it's just another greedy arm of the corporation."

"I had planned to move my prescriptions to a closer Walmart. I must say that the pharmacist, John, is amazing and has picked up the phone and called me directly three - four times in the last two months to make sure everything was being done to help me. Will keep my prescriptions there. Thank you."

"Can't get my prescription, one pharmacist tells me they have it, I call to see if it's ready and another pharmacist tells me it's back ordered and I have to wait two months, lol they are either short staffed or the assistants don't have a clue. I don't have the time or patience for this place. Take your prescriptions somewhere else."

"I called in and asked a out my refill and was been told that it will be ready in 30 minutes. I went there after 30 minutes. A female worker with long black hair told me that I need to wait another 15-20 minutes. I told her that they told me it will be ready in 30 minutes. She kept saying that you need to wait another 15-20 minutes with a bad attitude. She also said because I called to get my medicine, other people's medicine got pushed back. It's super rude to tell customers that because I need my medicine in urgent. I had to leave, but after about 4 minutes, I got the text message said my medicine was ready while I was driving. Are you joking??? Later on, I called the pharmacy and talked to their manager, he said:" we were busy. What do you want me to do? " He didn't even apologize, and take the responsibility for his team. If you can't make it in 30 minutes, then don't ask to come in 30 minutes and waste my time. For the worker, be polite and do you job!"

"About 2 or 3 months ago I needed my husband's high blood med so I called to get it filled n I explained if they could hold it a bit longer since I didn't have a ride n my husband was disable n couldn't leave him by himself. The pharmacist asked me if I wanted it mailed she could mail it I said ok. 2 weeks went by n I called n said I hadn't received it yet. She said I should get it soon.i gave up after calling like 3 times n gave him my meds .today August 17 received a Fed ex mail n just today got d medicine.called d manager to complain n he was Soo rude.told me they weren't a mail company if I wanted to I could go with another pharmacy this is d way they treat their customers. Will never fill another med there they just don't care if a patient has to wait for 3 months for their medicines."
