"Spent $6800 on a sectional and it was provided with no way to keep it together. It constantly slides apart and separates. No hardware, clips, brackets, etc. Have tried calling and ALWAYS goes to voicemail. Considering the prices they charge, you’d think they could afford to hire someone to answer the phone and greet customers. Very poor service, very disappointed. Not at all what we were expecting."

"My husband and I walked into the Ethan Allen store not knowing what to expect. We really didn’t have anything, we didn’t really know what we wanted, and most importantly we didn’t know how to go about starting from a blank slate. You see our house was destroyed in a tornado and we are in the process of rebuilding. The only thing I had to go by were some architectural drawings with measurements that didn’t really mean anything to me. So here we are looking at the beautiful displays in the store with no starting point and no way of figuring it out. That is when we met Sharon. I think she saw our confusion and pain and proceeded to share with us how she could bring all these measurements to life and show us a 3D representation of our home. I could have cried…I think I did! Through a couple of meetings she brought our home to life. I could actually envision what our open concept house would look like. Not only did she make it real for us, she got to know us. We have since ordered our furniture that is far beyond our expectations. Sharon listened to us and picked up on who we were and what we liked. She is a true professional and we feel so blessed to have her partner with us on this journey to home."
