"I will never shop at Wichita furniture traders again. oh the floor staff are friendly they are so nice to walk you around the store and show you all the items and happy, friendly to take your money but the moment you pay for your item they drop you like a hot potato I bought it bing bag chair. the floor staff tried to help me get it to my car but then the manager came out and told me that his “staff” cannot help me with it, I’m a woman they would not tie the item on my car for me. They refuse to do anything to help me out. and the manager literally left me standing in the parking lot to take care of that myself I don’t know what he is use to or where he’s from, but I’m not used to that type of treatment I will never ever shop there again. good riddance!"

"They have some unique items. Loved all the sparkle lol. Lots of options. Big place. Nice staff. Maybe a little pushy. Prices are alright. We didn't end up making a furniture purchase. But would visit again for sure."
