"I understand there is a pharmacy emergency in our area. It's unacceptable to not allow people a way to contact pharmacy. On phone for days just pushing redial and waiting for an answer. For 4 weeks, twice a week, from open to closing. Finally got an answer, then a quick push of a number. The phone was put down, I could hear everything. They intentionally picked up phone and tried to hang up. Then left the phone off the hook. Not acceptable. Want to talk to someone in store? Plan on a 1-2 hour wait just to be told prescriptions called in 5 days ago are not available even though you get a message saying it's ready. People, like me, need our breathing medicine to stay alive and can't wait down the dog food isle that long without sitting. Unacceptable and should be against the law. Our life saving medication is being held hostage. UPDATE: 7 months later. Same as before. No one is answering the phone. No updates on when I will get my medications and I have COVID needing them."
