"First time using the Walmart pharmacy. Husband just found out he has Covid and doctor sent his prescription to Walmart. Checked online to see what time the pharmacy closes. Says 9:00 PM. Got there at 7:12 PM. Nope, they close at 7:00. Was told the signs have been posted for quite some time. That’s great if you utilize their pharmacy all the time but not helpful if you don’t. Update the hours online please and you’ll have happier customers."

"Was being told the wrong doctor not contracted with my insurance was sending over my refills so I had to pay cash. Got there and all were paid but one, BUT the same dr had sent all the refills. Had to wait for them to figure out what they did wrong. This was over 2 weeks of back and forth. I finally changed pharmacies. Went to a smaller place, I love how my new pharmacy fills everything within 15 min. Walmart just has too much going on."
