"We have stayed at the Eldorado a number of times over the years, and the room we stayed in last Friday night had been remodeled and was a nice blend of new (comfortable beds) and old (vintage furniture). It was a great value compared to the other offerings in Baker City for that night. We would stay there again any time. The location is great - close to I-84, several restaurants, and Safeway."

"The rooms here are okay, not very big. Bathrooms are pretty small, but what I like about this hotel is that it's in a convenient place. It's right when you drive into Baker City and the truck stop is right next door, so that's where a lot of people go to eat in town because they have the best food. and Hey. If you want to get a little bit of gambling, then you can go to the truck stop and do that there. It's within walking distance. The customer service was pretty good and only thing I didn't like is that they close the office at 10 PM. So if you have a late check in, you can't check in after 10 and they don't get back until 7 AM. Rooms are fairly priced too."

"Great spot to stop when traveling through. Service was excellent. I booked a room via my Chase rewards last minute. I showed up late past lobby hours, called, and I guess I woke the woman up and she came and let me in! Shower very hot, good control over the temp & pressure. Bed was pretty bad tbh but I think it might have been because I last minute booked via 3rd party and she was forced to give me the bad room, as she explained a few quirks about the heater and TV in that one."

"Great location right off the highway. Easy access. Drove in late but the lady on the phone that maned the front desk was very helpful so that we could get into our room. The room was neat and clean. It’s not all updated but you get what you pay for. Could also be their el dorado aesthetic. Overall nice stay just for a place to crash and shower on a long drive. Would stop by again."
