"Couldn't find an assistance to look for items, and my husband had to bag our groceries, and he could only do it slowly because of recent shoulder surgery. No one came up to finish the bagging. As expensive as groceries, that's partly what customers are paying for. Do better Dillons."
"During the holidays, I was tasked with a cheese and cracker tray. I stopped by the cheese station and met Lana. This lady knows her cheeses! She is engaging and attentive. She helped me choose 3 different cheeses, the correct size for the party size and the perfect crackers. The Ritz had to go back. She even gave me suggestions on how to cut it the correct size. Good job Dillons , she is quite the asset."

"For some reasons this Dillons has a lower quality produce than my regular Dillons every time I visit. Also, the meat counter uses styrofoam for everything instead of just wrapping meat in butcher paper like my other store. I prefer butcher paper because it’s not as bad for the environment as styrofoam is. Good customer service."
"Dillon's gets thousands of dollars from my family annually for groceries. They have grocer science, merchandising and check out down to a science and the brand represents the flagship of the Kroger grocery empire. I wish the employees that work the self-checkout registers would open the plastic bags for the next customer to bag their purchases. Dillon's is simply not feasible without their loyalty card which is your ticket to more competitive prices. Plus, this Dillon's has a Wichita Public Library branch located inside."
