"Sadly, I love using Dillons pickup due to my back surgery and today, Covid has me down. I placed my order in and forgot one item. As soon as I went to add one item, two seconds later, there was no option to add! It stated it was in process. So that means my small order should be ready in 20 minutes not 2 hours, correct? I called and the manager and she said she didn't know and couldn't help me. Well, I have Covid and now I will be going into the store. Josh helps with groceries, he would have went above and beyond to help. He's a excellent caring employee! Walmart has my 2nd order, they were more than happy to help me out and add on; which pick up is in 30 minute! SMH...Thanks for the horrible customer service. I am certain I cannot pick up until 3-4 pm."
"I had a very upsetting experience today with Michael in the Pharmacy Dept. He was very impatient acting taking down my prescriptions in the pharmacy. While talking to him about refilling my prescription i forgot his name and asked him if he could tell me again, his reply was "Ok for the third time it's Michael, do I need to tell you the 4th time!!" Can't say I've had this experience before."
"Based on my experience here, this store was pretty bad overall. The interior and exterior were not clean. A bakery item I purchased did not taste good at all. Would not come back here or recommend."
