"If I could give less than one star, I would. 2/19/24 I got charged full price (3.49)on raspberries, I wanted a refund on the difference (sale price .99). So today 2/20/24, I went to this Dillons location with receipt in hand, after calling them to verify that they would be able to refund me the difference. The man I talked to said they would be able to do it, so I drove over, once I got there they refused to give me a refund on the difference, even though 2 managers acknowledge that the raspberries were on sale. I went to the location at 21st and amidon and they gave me a refund with no problem... The customer service clerk even said she needed to do the same thing because she got charged full price as well. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE AT THE WEST AND CENTRAL LOCATION."

"I have had a lot of problems at this Dillions. Customer service is awesome though. Sometimes they forget to give us our bags that they bagged. And I was charged for an insane amount of cucumbers then had to put stuff back because the total was over what I was expecting because I was charged for $56 worth of cucumbers!! I have had to go back to this store to fix multiple issues and I had never had a problem at any other Dillions in Wichita"

"I placed an incredibly large (240 items) pick up order here last week to be picked up yesterday (I thought they would have the weekend to work on it). Turns out their system won’t give them pick up orders until the morning they are scheduled to be picked up. So, they were out of some of the items I had ordered and they weren’t going to be able to fulfill the entire order that day. I have placed similar orders at other local Dillons and had similar issues and never has it been handled like this before. It was typically just a shrug we are out and fill what we have. I know that their entire team came together to make this order right, but I just want to recognize Gina for her outstanding customer service. Excellent communication, dedication, genuine care, and friendliness. She went way above and beyond!! In a world where it seems like stores hire anyone with a pulse, and customer service is only something we hear of in fairytales; I was taken aback by how well she handled the entire situation to make sure I was cared for. I picked up my order today without a hitch, Gina and a local supermarket superhero loaded my truck with smiles on their faces. For a small grocery store, this team is doing something very right. Thank you to everyone who assisted, I will definitely continue to place my large orders here (I’ll be sure to call ahead in the future). Thank you Gina, you rocked!"
