"This pharmacy has went downhill. Waited all day for prescription to be refilled. Because my insurance denied it, they didn't fill it. What's this is gabapentin. I can't function without it. I finally call wondering what's going on. They tell me the prescription never was sent. So I call my clinic and guess what the prescription was sitting there since noon. They didn't even give me a call. Because my insurance refused to pay. Why not call me and be like Hey? Your insurance didn't paid for this. You still want us to fill this? It would have been a hard guess. They need a new pharmacist. I got down there and they were just sitting around talking inappropriately."

"Fred Meyer Pharmacy makes it so hard for employees of Kroger to fill medication using the employer provided insurance. Their prior authorization system causes patients to be without Dr prescribed meds for weeks at a time with little to no help for a resolution. We are stuck using this pharmacy because we have zero other options as per Kroger's insurance policy plans. As soon as I'm finished with this review, I will be lodging a complaint with the Insurance Commission and my State Representatives. It IS an election cycle. Maybe one of them will enjoy poking around in Kroger's kingdom to help resolve an issue that affects so many of its employees on a daily basis. I hope so, because no help comes from the Pharmacy or Kroger's prescription plan department. Both are absolutely worthless at helping their customers/employees and families."
"I cannot even begin to describe the experience with this pharmacy and specifically Tyler the pharmacist and Jesse the worthless "manager". Fred Meyer must be scrapping the bottom of the barrel with employees. I will spare you all the depressing details, but know, if you have an issue, you will be faced with excuses, lies and how sorry they are for any "inconvenience" you may experience. When I get my final RX, that they have held hostage, this pharmacy and grocery store will permanently be in my rear-view mirror. I am normally not a Karen about these things but when customer service hits this low, I will say something! Hey Tyler- do what’s right, not what the screen says. Think for yourself."
"I have used this pharmacy for many years, and some of the employees are great, but a few of them are just incredibly rude, when I go out of my way to be nothing but friendly and understanding. I'm a very simple customer, I always have my information ready, I never have questions or concerns, nothing like that. After my last experience there, I will never return to this pharmacy again. I hadn't received the confirmation message that they received my prescription, and it had been a week since my doctor sent me a message saying they sent it there. I simply asked if they had received the prescription from my doctor, and the woman immediately gave me attitude, and I continued to try and explain the situation to her, and show her that my doctors office sent me a text saying they had sent it to that pharmacy. She responded by saying "Your doctor sends you text messages?!" And rolls her eyes!!! I continue to try and be pleasant, and I say "It's an automated message that my prescription was sent here. Would you like to read it?I have it right here." She barely looks and says 'oh no I can't read that', so Id had enough said, so I said 'That's okay, I'll find a pharmacist that can read, thanks so much for all your help', started walking away and she LOST IT! She even had the nerve to say that I was being rude! Ma'am I hope you read this, and I hope you realize what an unpleasant person you are!!!"
