"Last couple of months ... pretty dismal I know there is a national shortage on Ozempic, but 3 of my other medications fairly common Rx is constantly out of stock and have to wait to be filled."
"Busy pharmacy in a busy Walmart but they do try hard here to be pleasant and professional. The wait is usually not too long. They do take a somewhat odd lunch break for an hour in the early afternoon where they completely close down. Not convenient if that's when you happen to show up. I moved over to this pharmacy from years at Walgreens after their service there steadily went downhill."
"For business if your website goes down when you close the store last time I checked most websites are up 24 hours a day 7 days a week weather stores open but it seems when the Walmarts around here close their website closes as well makes no sense must not like money not much"
"Nearly, but not every single month this pharmacy either can't fill my prescriptions (which are commonly prescribed) or can only fill half of them. Every 30 days like clockwork the pharmacy knows that exact order is going to come in and yet they still run me out of my medications and make me wait 4-5 days for them (that's a medically very bad thing). Without going into detail these are not prescriptions I should be abruptly stopping, and they can't legally be stockpiled. Then every so often they will fill them all without problem, just to give me hope. I'm going to have no choice but to find a new pharmacy, however, you all should be fairly warned. Don't get your hopes up, it's a trick. P.S. If it was truly do to a 'crisis,' no other pharmacies would be able to consistently fill them all every month - which they can."
"It takes a lot to make me write a review, good or bad. Because of my last experience with this pharmacy however, I feel its necessary. Most of the time, whether we called in our order or not, we would wait a minimum of 20 minutes before actually collecting any prescription. This last time however, it took almost a full week. Granted, there were some complications with insurance, but my real problem is that we were called in to "collect our prescription" three times and every time, not only was the order not there, they hadn't even made calls about it. So we wasted several trips to the store only to hear, "come in tomorrow". Even on the fourth and final trip, I called first, realizing that I had to take absolutely every precaution available; still, when I arrived thirty minutes later, they had not even begun to fill the prescription. Ok, now that I've vented a bit, I can add some perspective. I realize that particular orders may take longer to fill. I realize that the pharmacy is still new relative to most other pharmacies in the area so they may not have a system in place. I also realize that one experience does not tell the tale for every order they fill. Still, with all that in mind, I will not use that particular pharmacy any more unless it's absolutely necessary. If I had even gotten a short apology or any kind of acknowledgement that the order took longer than usual, I may not have gone to these lengths. Unfortunately that didn't happen and this experience still rankles, so with that in mind, be careful about using this pharmacy. If you do, at least make sure you allow at least 30 minutes if you want to collect a prescription."
