"Broke down and had to get towed in. Got there too late to look at it the day I got towed in but they got it in the next day and found the problem and fixed it (2 broke ground wires on the engine wire harness). Most of the other reviews are about right. They do not get in a hurry but the job got done right the first time. Snow at the service desk was really friendly and nice as along with the mechanics I talked to. Wayne worked on my truck and was professional and nice. Even tho my truck is a Western Star they still worked on it. Freightliner wouldn't of been able to get me in till next week. I was in the shop on Thursday 28/5/2020"
