"There was a lack of communication... I had a not super common reaction to the numbing drops. I was nervous as to what was going on. I had nurses telling me to rest, I had nurses checking my pupils, but no one said anything to me. I had no idea what was going on, what to do, what to expect. I knew my doctor suddenly changed and I was sitting in the waiting room for the doctor for over 15 minutes. Saw the doctor they said nothing to me, until I asked what was going on with my reactions at the end of the exam. And what I got, "that happens sometimes, we will make note and use something less strong...." It would have been nice for someone to assure me that I was going to be ok, or explain what was going on. Something... instead I sat with my eyes closed trying so hard to not to panic... My Family loves this place, they have never had a bad experience. So I would recommend them, just hope they work on communication skills with patients."

I was even able to pay half down for my kids glasses, and can pay the rest upon pick up. This helps greatly with a tight budget around the holidays. If I could I would give 10 stars."
