"Dishonest, unethical and unreliable. Billing group would not return calls. Leaving several messages. Therapist scheduled an appointment outside of my available times then after I forgave couselor for cancelling or forgeting appointments we had, ( note the unreliability). Then charged $150 no show from bank account. Billing operations wouldn't speak to me and I know of them doing this to another patient. I would not recommend this clinic due to lack of communication and risk of being wrongfully charged for missed appointments. Then they had the nerve to report to my insurance they were not in my network."

"Services were refused for being 1 minute late and they charged a no show fee without my permission. When we attempted to resolve the matter they dropped services for my child. This is a counseling service and the way they handled this has caused more trauma. I would not recommend their services."
