"I was directed to Sawtooth PT by my physician to get therapy for chronic knee pain. Nate S was my PT. He was very professional while still being quite cheerful and encouraging. I was particularly impressed with his analysis of what might be affecting my knee, noticing that I needed to also strengthen my hip abductors. He carefully instructed me through a variety of exercises, adjusting them if I was having difficulty, substituting similar ones that I could better accomplish, and gave me printouts and a band to work on them at home. Each week he reviewed my work as I went through the exercises and instructed me in new exercises. By three weeks I noticed improved strength, a more balanced gait and much less pain. I am continuing with the exercises on my own to round out my normal workout. He offered that I could call if I had any questions or if any new pain came up, but so far my knees are working and feeling quite good. I am very grateful for his care and attention to detail."

"I had a great experience here! The ENT I saw referred me to see Krystal for Vestibular PT. I had been dealing with dizziness for 6 weeks! After my first visit, my symptoms were 95% better! "Sawtooth Physical Therapy has been AMAZING with my recovery from knee surgery! Each physical therapist gets to know their patients, not only from a clinical standpoint, but also personally. I've been seeing Ron for six months and can't imagine finding a more encouraging or knowledgeable physical therapist. It's been a good mix of in-office exercise and homework, and everything about my recovery has been thoroughly explained which I really appreciate. I saw Jenna as well and she is awesome too.
