"I would like to express my gratitude to the receptionist that took my call today as I was trying to make an appointment for my elderly mother. The receptionist proceeded to make her appointment, however, after taking into account the condition my mother was under, not only did she suggest my mom be seen sooner, but she proceeded to recommend other clinics, as their Doctor was going to be away for a few days and couldn’t see my mother any sooner. She went out of her way to help and I greatly appreciate that. I would like to keep my mom’s appointment for follow-up care as they really have shown compassion and care towards their patients and future patients they haven’t even met."

"I was referred to Dr. Besecker by my regular eye doctor because my eyes were so dry that I suddenly was unable to wear contact lenses. It was very frustrating as it felt like there was sand in my eyes and both eye drops and changing lenses did no good. He educated me and set me up with a program to care for my eyes daily, including washing my eyelids with special soap and using a warm compress. I also have IPL treatments. He explains everything and isn’t rushed. It has been a night and day difference and I feel like I am back to normal. I can wear contacts again without pain and irritation. Thank you!"

He listens carefully, examines thoroughly and educates fully along the way-so incredibly helpful to me. As for his professional knowledge, he is INCREDIBLE!!! I have seen 5 doctors to try to figure out what was wrong with my eye. He suspected TED and after blood labs, it was confirmed. Now I have an actual diagnosis and path to wellness and hope!
