"As a retired registered nurse, I held myself to high standards - and expected the same for anyone who cared for my family or myself. Based on that - I can say without a doubt that my hip surgery/office care, from first appointment to now has been exemplary. The office staff are lovely - welcoming, kind and a delight to see. Dr Armstrong- great dr, explained everything, a very kind soul in caring. Jeffrey- great at his work and also a delight to talk with! All in all - the teaching, the care, the humor and kindness has really been a great experience. So good in fact... I will be scheduling a knee replacement that I was told I should have had it done 5 years ago! It is so nice in this day and age to have the kind of culture in a medical office that is friendly, reassuring and easy to navigate."

"I have had trouble with my knee since I was a teenager. I dislocated my knee about six times during those teenage years and finally was told that I would have to have my kneecap removed which I did when I was twenty. I did pretty well for quite a while but 50+ years later I was struggling. I went to see Dr. Michael Daines in Caldwell to see if surgery was in order. Because of the lack of my kneecap, the surgery would be more difficult and he referred me to Dr. Bradley Daines in Boise. I still hesitated because I didn’t know if it was going to make things worse. He explained things very well and after postponing it again, I finally had it done. The recovery from the surgery was so much easier than I thought it would be. Dr. Bradley Daines and his assistant Andrew Swenson were so helpful and kind and amazing in the performance of the surgery!! Now, of course, I wish I hadn’t postponed things for so long. I’m less than 2 months post op and can’t believe I’m doing as well as I am. Thank you so much!!"

"Dr. Armstrong did my hip replacement April 25th of 2022. This man's professionalism and integrity is no stars. He never showed up for my pre-surgical meeting ...never came and talked to me after the surgery either. I requested to stay in the hospital overnight to rest but they kicked me out of the hospital and made me go home but First He made me go pick up a prescription from Fred Meyers which was it extremely long walk and I feel it was too much. My hip still feels like it's bending and I can't stand on it for very long. (8/15sec.) I reported pain and discomfort try to stand . This doctor took me off of all medications 11 days after my surgery ! I was hospitalized in 2014 and he said you have major brain damage from all the amount of pain medication you have taken. He refused to prescribed me medication and I had to go to my MD for treatment even though I was only on the pain meds for 3 or 4 more days. When I went to see him a week after he exploded violently yelling at me for 25 minutes telling me he did see me before the surgery and he did talk to me after. I did seven months of rehab and he never called me one time. Bottom line if you want to be attacked and have a horrible experience he's your man"

"Words cannot honestly express the gratitude and appreciation I have for Dr Armstrong, his PA Jeff Smith, Abby and all of the staff here. Dr Armstrong gave me a fresh chance at my life in a physical capacity that I would not have had otherwise. I feel very blessed and so very excited for my future. "I had 5 surgeries on my left knee with four replacements. I was at my wits end. I found Dr. Jared Armstrong and he fixed the problem and my knee was stable. He gave me my mobility and life back. Then 3 years later I needed my right knee replaced. So of course after everything I had been through, I said no one was going to touch my knee except Dr. Armstrong. He and his PA-C Jeff Smith are truly amazing surgeons . They along with the entire clinic staff actually do care about the patients and their well being.
