"I was referred over here by another doc. And I was nervous reading the comments But had a great experience with everyone there very friendly. Asked me what I thought about all his suggestions. And we came to an agreement together that I appreciated. This was my personal opinion I was very pleased."
"They will harrass you for payment before during and after treatment. Even if payment is given before an appointment they still beg for more at the time of the appointment. Very unprofessional and quite an unpleasant experience. Not to mention the incredible amount of unnecessary bruising after surgery. Would not recommend this office to anyone."
"I was very pleased with the service and care I received from Dr. Kemp and his PA Trump. I injured my ankle in July of 2022 pretty severely, rupturing the major ligaments in my ankle, among other damage. The urgent care physician told me I would need surgery and sent me to Dr. Kemp. Dr. Kemp did not rush to surgery, instead putting me in a cast, then a boot, then physical therapy. His hope was to avoid surgery and hope my ankle could heal on its own. Dr. Kemp always explained the next step in our process and what our goal was. He is very knowledgeable! I developed a blood clot and Dr. Kemp was quick to get me the proper treatment. He was also very comforting and reassuring when the blood clot caused me some anxiety. I have done over a year of physical therapy and have gotten back most of my mobility and range of motion. I’ve been able to get back to normal activities, without surgery. My ankle is very stable! I had to learn to be very patient throughout this recovery but I’m glad Dr. Kemp chose to try to avoid surgery. He and Rich Trump were always great to work with and very friendly."
"I would have given zero stars if it was an option. Waited 3 weeks for this appointment only to have Dr. Kemp repeatedly say " I don't know, I don't know". Bedside manner was very poor. I am a young woman who has difficulty walking using my left foot and know something is wrong. Had to try to get him to do additional imaging but that was almost an argument in itself. Then all of a sudden him and the other doctor just leave the exam room. I left without checking out. Please do not waste your time here."
"If you need to seek medical help, please see any other provider other than Allied Orthopedic. The doctor’s bedside manner leaves much to be desired, and they are not forthcoming about their pricing beforehand. Not to mention they will charge you $500 for a boot that you can get for $50 on Amazon, and then refuse to work with you on the pricing at all when to you dispute it. I have been calling them every week for the last 3 weeks trying to get this issue sorted, just to basically be told by everyone that I speak to “that’s not my problem, you’ll have to call (insert different department) to figure the issue out.” I finally gave up when I started circling through the same places multiple times. Between the front office, the financial manager, the billing specialist, and the billing manager, evidently there was no one that had the power to fix my issue. I also had to cancel my last few appointments due to the fact that when I finally did get my bill, it was astronomically more expensive than I felt I should have been, and completely negated the point of my post surgery global period. Seriously, do both you and your wallet a favor and find a different orthopedic specialist."
