"This team of endocrinologists were clueless and not helpful in any way. I have a rare condition called Diabetes Insipidus which is being researched across the globe and even has been renamed by other endos in the field. When I scheduled an appointment to meet with an endo (who should also be somewhat aware of research in their respective field) and bring these findings to them, the doctor completely blew me off and said he could refer me to a Psychologist. I sent him several of the academic journal and medical research via my chart and asked him to bring this research back to the team with no response in return. His sentiment was that I should go to Seattle or Portland to find a doctor who cares to stay more up to date on research than his team which left me with no answer and an expensive copay. This team has left me with zero confidence that Boise doctors in the medical field care to expand their knowledge and even take a few moments to read articles that are relevant to their patients diagnoses. Don't expect any responses from MyChart and definitely don't expect them to lift a finger for you as a patient."
