"here is my honest review, i have been interested in what he does for awhile. the opportunity came up when he offer the service to festivus volunteers for our gym. i have been dealing with quite a bit of issues and mainly my lower back left side. at first i was mainly standoffish because of the other room that he recently added in to his practice. i really was not into the spa/sauna type feel. but after getting to meet and chat with Dr.O i understood more of why they were in there and what the intentions were for the items. when we meet he went through his spill about what he does and what he has done with sports, caring for players blah..blah..blah..and what he wanted to do and why. I took care to listen about how he wanted to have a practice and how he wanted to take care of his family and that really drew my attention. Made me more engaged and felt like he was genuine about what he's telling me. we were on the same wavelength. He asked me what my problems where and i told him. i knew he could not take care of everything that i needed to be addressed. so he made me an offer, if i had one wish and that was the only wish i get what issue could he help me with today. No brainer for me! lower back check! why? because I'm always in pain, i wake up in pain and it just sucks! he showed me something i could do on my own to help with lower back pain and he explained how it could help me. after that he went to work assessing my needs and issues that i have. He took care to ask me tons of questions, explained everything that he was doing and made sure that i understood. come to find out i had a short leg of course its the left leg. funny thing is that i did get adjusted from the person i normally see a few days before this visit with DR.O. before i get off topic after the adjustment and exam he took me to the next room to where i could only describe is that machine is like a muscle stimulator device. it feel like one of those electric lighters you use to shock your friends for fun but seriously more intense. that thing does several different layers of your body and muscles. i wish i could have on at home and i would use it all the time. it is weird sensation and feeling for sure! I felt lighter, tingling all over and weird sense of not having pain in the lower back and legs. i had a moment of clarity and throbbing wasn't there. I had to take a moment and bring it in when he asked me how i felt. my body was warm, i was emotional and it hit me. i couldn't understand why i wanted to cry but when you go through life with pain for so long and you just deal with it you don't know how to behave or think when its not there anymore. Even though i sit here write this review i can still feel my left side tighten back up and the thrubbing little by little. I know its going to take more time more help but he made me feel like there could be light at the end of the tunnel. he could be the one that helps me finally "fingers crossed" I've taken what he's said and understood his advice. i will be seeing Dr.O again. thank you for today even if the pain was not completely gone and only for that moment i felt better today then i have in a long time."
