"I had three sessions with Mr Nelson. On the last session I got to a point where I told him of an incident that had deeply hurt me from years past as a child. He his direct response to this was telling me "Pull your head out." It wasn't what I needed to hear so I got up and left. Good luck if you are seeing him."
