Dr. Jenkins and the staff were amazing at helping me with the very tough realization that his time was finally coming to an end with me. The whole office was extremely accommodating and caring during this difficult time and I can’t thank them enough. Dr. Jenkins was so patient and empathetic during the entire process. I really appreciate the card as well. Top-notch service in every way."

"Dr. Heitman is phenomenal. The care he provided my cat a few weeks ago when he was sick was above and beyond. He truly cares about the animals. He took the time to explain what he found, what the treatment options are, and what to expect going forward. He will be my go to doc for emergencies if my regular vet isn’t available. "4.5 stars, just rounded up. They got my kitty in very quickly and very kind and gentle with her. It was a bit pricey, around $120 for 15ish minutes with them, but I understand the pricing since it's an urgent care. Staff was nice and seemed caring. They just weren't able to give me an answer about my cat and basically said to watch over her. Not their fault of course, just wish I felt a little better about everything. Kitty is okay, just needs a second opinion."

"My pittie’s foot has been swollen and her primary vet was booked out. I read reviews for several urgent cares and stopped when I found Boise Animal Health. They really are AMAZING! I don’t usually leave reviews but they are so worth it. The staff was beyond friendly on the phone, at the front desk, and in the examination room. I thought she was stung by a bee, but Dr Marshall is very knowledgeable and suspected sheet grass. He pulled out sheet grass and I was shocked! I trust the entire staff with my dog Romy anytime!
