"UPDATE 7/11/2023: Ended up leaving this location a while back but had the unfortunate decision to contact this facility once more and due to this review they told me I COULD NOT return or get any assistance from them whatsoever. So it appears that not only do they ignore their patients complaints (as seen in other reviews on here too) but they also like to sweep their issues under the rug and shun anyone who comes to them with any complaints. So again I'm here to say GO ANYWHERE ELSE. --------------------------------------------------------------------- I love love love my provider, she's been great so far and I even followed her from her last location. However the staff up front of this establishment is horrendous, I would never go back if it weren't for my provider. They are the absolute worst and don't care about their patients in any way. If you haven't established care with one of their providers and you have the option to, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!"

"Mid valley health would not allow me to go in and see my psychiatrist because they claim I owe them $111. I even tried to make payment arrangements. They claim I owe them from 2021. Two of their employees said there has been a lot going on and been having billing issues. Why should this effect me from getting the care I need. Why am I just finding out I owe them from 2021, when I have been in their office after those dates and paid every time. This place needs to loose their medical license."

"Anyone who has a job will have a hard time scheduling at this clinic. The latest I could see a counselor was 2:30 which was in the middle of my workday. They are also very difficult to get ahold of. Additionally their billing is a disaster. Maybe if they would have billed my insurance right the first two times then they wouldn't be causing enough anxiety for a panic attack. Usually I'd expect the place I'm going to treat panic attacks to not cause one by sending me a bill worth two of my paychecks, especially when there are SEVERAL signs saying "copay is dye at time of appointment" and nothing was ever asked of me. I will NEVER recommend this place."
