"Went in over a year ago and as I remember it, I had a good experience there for I called to make an appointment for my daughter and me. First call I was asked to be put on a brief hold which turned into being left on hold until the phone disconnected. I called back and again was asked to be put on a brief hold and I said sure but please don't forget because this was my second call. Then they get back on and asked for my info so I give it and after a long silence she said sorry I am just trying to find your account. Then after another long silence someone else gets on the phone and says that I left a bad review last time so they won't create an appointment. First of all as I explained to the lady on the phone I never left a review, but that's fine I can leave one now. Second if my business received a bad review with someone I would want a second chance to make it right but everyone is different. I do know that I will never recommend this place now. In fact this all happened in front of a good friend who said they were going to go there but if that is how they treat people she won't go there either. I also checked the reviews thinking maybe I just don't remember leaving on and low and behold I haven't left one until now."

"We have been station in Mountain Home two times. I went to see Dr.Price in 2012 and since we back in 2019. I never had an issues with him or his team. Front desk is super friendly. I even got seen pretty quick when I had some eye issues."

"I have been coming here for over 20+ years and have never had any problems! I now take all three of my kids here!!! My daughter needs specialized frames as she is is epileptic and they may not have had them but are working in getting the set so my daughter can pick one! They have done amazing with my autistic son nothing but good here for me! Me my kids and even my parents go here amazing! I live dr. Gibbons, even went to school with my doctor's twin boys and they are so nice just like the staff and their dad! lolz the entire staff is amazing!"
