"The doctors were great and their care was above average. But be careful and make sure everything they do is covered by insurance. I got a CT scan and a surgery here and I called my insurance to make sure that they were covered by my insurance, and it was. But what nobody told me was that the CT is done by them at IUI, but the review of the scans is sent to a separate radiologist that was out of network. And while the surgery was covered, the biopsy was done somewhere else that was out of network. I was never told this and now I'm having to fight insurance to get these things covered. The worst part is that while all my bills came within a month or two of the service date, the bill for the CT scan review came six months after the service date so I could not appeal it. I've talked to other people there including staff, and it seems like a known issue that they send out services without telling the patient or checking if its in or out of network."
"Dr. Greer is unbelievable. He can leave you in the room waiting for an hour waiting on him (which happens consistently) but if you are literally 2 minutes late to your appointment he will cancel the appointment. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone."
"Been going here for a number of years now and have always been treated well both by reception, nurses and Dr. Williams. I saw Dr. Williams personally escorting people in the icy parking lot into the office so they wouldn't slip and fall. I've never seen a doctor take charge like that to ensure patient safety. Very satisfied."
"Tried calling and couldn't get through automated system arrived and patient was still not awake. The receptionist said she would let me know when I could go back and speak with Dr but it wouldn't be too long. I said I would go run to car for my water. Came back and she rudely said I took too long and would not be able to speak to Dr. It was very clear why it took so long being I have a physical handicap and there was ice covering the sidewalks that had not been scraped or ice melt on them. She said she didn't know I would be out there "Forever" (big eye roll and sigh) I was gone 7 min! The handicap spots were taken and I wasn't parked real close. They had water in the waiting area however it has a huge sign on it stating it's for the surgery patients only. She knew a better time than me when the Dr was coming but if someone is not even awake and I miss a window to speak with a Dr in 7 min. Why a hour and 10 min later am I still waiting on her? This receptionist was loud enough for everyone to hear when she wouldn't go behind the wall to complain about me and my niece, which we could still clearly hear from the seats in the waiting room. She was extremely upset anytime I would answer her passive aggressive comments towards us like "It's not important to speak to the Dr." Then why does he come out hear and waste his time doing so. I missed out on important information that she said he was going to call me instead about. While they were complaining about us they thought he called me but I think they saw my incoming call earlier. This unprofessional lady went so far as to raise her hand more than once and motion across her face horizontally while closing her hand "STOP": Excuse me?? She is lucky I didn't come up there and actually raise my voice at her. She is unprofessional, uncouth, dilittantanish, incompetent, unskilled, embarrassment to your employment. I go to numerous medical facilities and have never seen nor experienced debauchery like that. She finally got a nurse to exchange a few words with me but I'm sure after hearing her complain for the last hour she thought I had been horrible. I had actually been laughing at her by the point of her working herself up running back and forth behind her wall of safety looking for backup employees. It was the 1 hr 10min when I checked and she still wasn't ready. So I was upset now. Having a 7 min window I missed I guessed she woke up in. When the head nurse wanted to raise her voice as well that wasn't going to go well. Tell me anyone else who wouldn't just want to know something about a family member. ANY TYPE OF INFORMATION! Why is she not awake, did surgery go well, any complications? However speaking to the Dr. Really isn't of any importance. Why I don't get even the benefit of the head nurse giving me information is really not ok. The games they want to play should really be played somewhere else and maybe on they're own time, and while patients are paying for it!"
"I have owned my own business for 40 plus years and if my staff working in the pharmacy treated my customers the way that they have treated me, they would be looking for a job. I was calling for a prescription ordered by my doctor. Started calling at 8:00 am. Called four different times until they closed. Never did get a call back. Why no one cares about anybody any more is such a shame. I have lived in this valley all my life. I am 76 years old and it never used to be this way 20 years ago. It seems as though the new people working in the medical field today have no respect for anybody. too bad."
