"My doctor and nurse here were great, but getting an appointment was a really difficult. Their billing department is absolutely useless, they can't figure out how to do their jobs, and are completely rude and lacking compassion on top of it. Definitely not the type of people who should be working with those suffering from mental illness. Stay away unless you have a person to advocate for you, they will trigger all kinds of episodes on purpose to make you uneven to avoid having to deal with their mistakes. I've heard this from many of the people I've referred to them and have now dealt with it twice."
