"zero stars if I could. ABSOLUTE WORST office I’ve ever been to. Having my first baby. No one tells you what’s going on. I asked simple questions and no one has answers. I was told they were going to draw blood (I’m 5 months) to tell the gender. 2 weeks later I called and they said they don’t do that there so we had to cancel reveal party. Weird uncomfortable office. Don’t go here!"

Jane— You are the absolute sweetest most kind Dr. I have ever been to. You take the time to listen and really hear what I’m saying. I know you care about my health and about me as a person. You continually amaze me with the knowledge you possess about all aspects of healthcare. You have become a trusted, loved friend. Thank you all for your dedication to making healthcare enjoyable and worry free. I can’t imagine going anywhere else! The quality, professional and personal healthcare you provide is simply THE BEST!"

"VERY unprofessional office staff. First time and last time ever stepping foot in their door. I called to make an appointment and told them I just was at urgent care and have all my labs to bring in with me. The girl told me my first visit wouldn’t cost cuz I have all my labs. Dr couldn’t figure out the pain after a 10 min visit. Then I was told the front office would schedule me an ultra sound. NEVER heard from them again. They charged my insurance company and myself for NOTHING done. Called and talked to several girls about the bill and again… NOTHING done. I paid the bill and let them know I was going to leave a review to warn others and then the call came asking what they can do after months of me calling to talk about my outrageous bill and the lie the front office girl told me. Stay clear!"

"I have been a patient at Family Health Care for 25 years. My sister and her family moved here a few months ago and our dad died during this same time. There has been so much that has happened to our family in a short amount of time. That being said, my sisters little boy ran out of his meds and his doctor in their old town would not fill it. It is a medicine that he has to have! When I called knowing that there would not be an appointment ASAP...they found one for her! New patient, new medicine, new everything...I know that those appointments are hard to find and they made it happen. Not only that, the receptionist and Meghann just made the visit that much more amazing. Thank you Family Health Care for truly being there...for families."

"The staff, atmosphere, and experience of the office are 5 stars and has been 5 stars since I began going more than five years ago. However. The after hours call center staff are some of the worst I’ve ever spoken with. When discussing an emergency need for medication that could be put off over a weekend with only two doses remaining (the medication can have extreme side effects if usage is stopped abruptly according to my doctors here) she would rather argue with me that it’s not an emergency or important to leave them any kind of message since I have enough for the weekend. It was clear she just didn’t want to put in the effort especially since all she wanted was to speak over me while I explained that it was not just a simple medication but a risk to my life. I worked in CS for over seven years and if I had ever treated a customer in that manner I would have been fired on the spot. I will give this 5 star review to the excellent, amazing, understanding, personable staff that works in the office of Family Healthcare that I have again and again relies on. I give a zero out of 5 stars in review of the after hours calling assistance center."
