"I have worked with similar physical therapists when I lived in another state, and Stefani is definitely among the best that I've seen! Everyone thinks that the only kind of "physical therapy" is where you do exercises, have your muscles stretched, get hot/cold treatment, etc. That is NOT the kind of physical therapy that Stefani does. I can only describe it as having someone listen to your body with their hands, and then use their hands to gently guide your body to where it should be. I almost fell asleep during my session with Stefani. So, give it a try, and be prepared to be amazed at the results. Plan to relax and be healed."
