"I did not come here for med management, but for TMS. They gave me multiple appointments and got my hopes up on their sales pitch for Neurostar, but then the owner Kevin dropped the ball. He did not get me approved the first time, had me come back to do everything with a wonderful lady named Hannah there… and then dropped the ball turning in the paperwork again. He tried to put it on me when I addressed I was disappointed in this vs take any accountability.. so I sent him what I was asked for (and was never told I needed this sent prior) with no response again for 2 weeks. I then came back in and me and 2 people went over that it was him in fact not turning in stuff for an appeal even going in my 30 days to be able to appeal. I sent him an email again addressing my disappointment and sending proof again since he said he never got it… even though he did. No response. I got in elsewhere that day and within a week they managed to undo his mess and get me approved for TMS! I did manage to get emailed back within minutes though when I said I was trying elsewhere though… with a “I hope it works for you”. If you research Kevin is a business man and investor… not a dr. He is kind.. but busy opening these $$$ and letting down “customers” in a business that involves people’s mental health. I think it’s pretty horrible to open a business that impacts people’s mental health especially TMS when they do a whole presentation about it changing your life.. and then flake and take no accountability trying to gaslight the patient that it’s them. I highly recommend doing TMS somewhere else so you can get the help you need from doctors and people who care about more then obviously money. It is apparent they do not know how to properly apply to get approved yet either."

"Really liked my psychiatrist, but what I don't like is calling multiple times, leaving my name + phone number, and never getting an answer or call back. They also don't usually offer to rebook. Updated: due to being a little late on one payment after years of being a patron, they terminated me as a client, which was communicated apparently via a letter which I never received, and by screening my calls. I had to go in person to be told this due to the aforementioned "never answers or calls back ever" issue. Thanks for letting me go off my medication MAP! Shows how much you all care about your clients. Go anywhere but here, they do NOT care about you or your mental health. They will drop you like a rock the second you inconvenience them. Horrible + unsympathetic business/management."

"For a place that is suppose to help people they do a funny way of showing it. I had made mistakes like many other people and over a year had missed or been late to 3 appointments. I had paid a giant fee about $125 and was extremely stressed for my next appointment. Had it written down three different places and then showed up and they said they didn’t have any appointments even though my ride had heard me schedule it. The next appointment I had schedule at 10:30. I showed up 10 minutes early. There was nobody else there but the front desk and my doctor. They were sitting just laughing and said they could not see me because my appointment was at 10. They could have called, or done really anything besides just turn me away and say your out of luck. When struggling with mental health they ended up being more harm than good. I don’t recommend"
