I set up an online appointment just to receive a call letting me know that that date I choose is not available then they scheduled me two weeks out. Then the day of the appointment they sent me a text telling me the doctor is out of the office. And his next available appointment is in Three weeks."

"Zero star review! Disappointed with the billing department. They made an error and put the wrong address on the bills they claim to have sent. Never bothered to call about the unpaid bill even though the phone number was correct. Amazingly, by some miracle, they managed to put the correct address on the collections letter. Not sure if you are playing games or just have incompetent employees. Please do better and accept the fact that you made a mistake. Don't blame me for what you did wrong."

"Went in for immunizations and a preventative screening. Billing and coding processed thing incorrectly resulting in out of pocket costs for care that is covered under preventative. Insurance company confirmed that there is a simple fix, the claim needs resubmitted with corrected codes. Spoke with Primary Health billing and they were astoundingly rude and unprofessional. Next time I’ll visit Saltzer or St Al’s."
