"Great and helpful people at the elks, they got me back on track"
"Office staff disparaged me within earshot of my wife. Dr Nathan Truex showed the examination, listening and notetaking skills of maybe a first year med student. He did seem to show any care or compassion for my pain and seemed to dismiss it. A request to have grossly innacurate notes corrected was not honored. I am considering a malpractice lawsuit Edit: As I stated in a previous review, Dr Truex and his staff are the opposite of what a considerate and patient-centric medical provider's office should be. Nathan's (I can't bring myself to call him a doctor considering his medical proficiency appears to be 2nd year C-grade med student at best) examination was brief and he inaccurately transcribed in his notes. He did not do his job by refusing to fill out the disability form I asked him to. He cited his own personal legal liability when he informed me he wouldn't fill out the form. However, his ultimate assessment of my condition and his recomended work restrictions were the very information needed to complete the form and allow the approval of my disability claim. Because it was not approved, I've lost tens of thousands of dollars in income, may potentially lose my job, and have suffered immense distress due to my financial situation. This is due to Nathan's inconsiderate care and him not doing his job. He does not work for his patients in my opinion. It seems Nathan Truex works for the insurancecare industry."
"From the beginning of my appointment and even before everyone in that office made me feel that my needs were very important! Dr. Cox was very personable and also made me feel my questions and concerns or valid! I have only been in this office two times and both times I felt very comfortable and glad I went. I would definitely highly recommend them!"
"Amazing and caring staff. I highly recommend. From my inpatient stay to my out patient therapy and doctors appointments everyone was so kind and really cared about my healing."
"All staff members are caring and professional. I was informed of assessment results and was made to feel part of the goal setting process. Level of activities were challenging but not overwhelming. There was opportunity to clarify weekly therapy homework at the close of each session (or by email or phone). Big thank you to Heather, Cody, Shruti and Barrett for knitting all the parts of me back together so seamlessly. The scheduling staff was great as well, keeping me on track and apprised of updates and changes. Thanks for all the help on the road back to “normal”!? (Or a facsimile thereof).:) Cheryl Richardson"
