"This company should be reported. They are dealing with individuals with mental health issues while some in a crisis, and they do NOT take appointments seriously. I booked an appointment with Satu Woodland over a week out. I never received an email, confirmation, text, NOTHING. I showed up at 7 am to the office listed in Meridian and when I got there no one was there and the door to the building was locked. After calling the office line and sending in multiple chat requests, a virtual assistant named "James" called me to rudely disclose that the appointments are only virtual. When I agreed to get on from cell in the car he then proceeded to tell me- " well, we don't even take your insurance". Are you kidding me?! I was never contacted prior to the appointment to be told that, I was never offered to pay out of pocket for the appointment and I was never offered an opportunity to reschedule. He laughed in face on the phone and said- "what do you want me to do?" This company is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, especially those who are looking to be seen quickly and treated with professionalism. There are plenty of more qualified doctors and psychs in the area. Do not contact me to remove this review. People deserve to know how terrible this practice is."

"I have never encountered a place that has made me feel like less of a person. I scheduled an appointment for my husband online and when I called to confirm it as it approached, since they never bothered to call him, the guy who answered the phone confirmed it was scheduled but told me, “it would be better for us if he could come in Thursday instead of Tuesday.”. I explained that it was a sort of urgent matter and he’d like to be seen sooner versus later to which he responded, “ok, we’ll see you Thursday. I’ll call him tomorrow to confirm.”. Well that call never came. When I tried calling to cancel said appointment, I called seven different times over three different days to both their Boise and Meridian locations and each one of my calls went unanswered. I finally settled for cancelling by voicemail. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!"

"I hadn’t had a great experience with psychiatrists before and I was recommended to this practice for a more wholistic view of mental health. I have absolutely loved it! Megan is awesome and makes sure to take time to actually talk to me, hear about my life, get to know me, and genuinely help me. I had always felt I was misdiagnosed and when I came in to this practice they made sure to be unbiased based off previous history and it has tremendously helped me. I feel validated and capable of feeling like myself again!"
