"I've only been here for basic checkups (bloodwork, etc.), which I think they are great for. Super convenient for Micron employees. For addressing more major health concerns, I can't comment on the experience at MFHC."
"RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!!! If only I could I would give them zero stars. The worst service you can ever imagined happens here. You will encounter every possible obstacle to talk to a provider, schedule an appointment, change an appointment, transfer records,and just anything will be a battle. You ar better off going to some banana country to get service. Is this incredible that a company like Micron has such a a terrible clinic for its employees. It really sucks plus is expensive!!! Me and my husband had the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE over her."
"Great for Micron employees and family members. It's the only medical office that's still just a $10 co-pay despite the Affordable Care Act adding $10-30% co-insurance in addition to a copay at all other doctor offices. Thanks Micron!"
"Very pleased so far with the service here. I used their chiropractic care and had my boy go in for asthma check up and script. Very happy with front desk service and both care providers visited offered professional and patient advice. Appointment times were honored and prompt, no excessive wait times idling in the front waiting area or exam rooms"
"I slammed my foot dirt biking one weekend, and went in to have it checked out. The LPN sent me for x-rays without even checking my foot. She said they would review the x-rays and call me back that day, but I never heard from them (was a Friday). I called back on Tuesday, and they weren't sure what I was talking about, but looked up the x-rays in the system and said a Dr. would review and they'd call back. They called back and said it "might" be fractured, and to ice it. After a month, it's still hurting, so I called an Orthopedic group to make an appt. They asked for me to have the x-rays sent to them. I called the Health Center, and they said the person who does that was out of the office, but they would do it on Monday morning and call me to confirm. No call AGAIN. I called Wednesday, and again they didn't know what I was talking about, but said they'll send over the x-rays this morning. I'm not holding my breath. You'll get better medical service at McDonalds in my opinion."
