"If your appointment is at 8 am and check in at 7:45 your doctor should not be getting to work and walking in from her car after your appointment is supposed to start. 2 times I've literally greated her coming in when I've been waiting in the waiting room for already 15-20min. This is the third time in a row. You expect prompt on time patient why not doctors? I'm consistently called back 10min late into my appointment cause my doc won't get here to her job on time. Sad when I can be there at 7:30 for my 8am appointment, but she can be getting to work 5min after the appointment was supposed to start"

"My husband helped find St Luke’s Orthopedic Urgent Care, it was open on a Saturday and luckily was walk in. I had been having issues with my ankle since I rolled it on Wednesday. I was at my wits end and wanted to make sure it wasn’t something more serious. I had an amazing experience from beginning to end, Christopher at the front desk, Jadelyn the Certified Athletic Trainer and the X-ray Tech (sadly I didn’t grab her name) were all so kind and efficient. I was so impressed with meeting Trek Lyons, MD. I felt listened to and treated like an individual. I felt he really worked with me, gave me so much helpful information and detailed what I can expect that I genuinely had no questions after our visit. I’m doing my homework/exercises and feeling much more confident moving in my brace. Just so appreciative of the whole team there and happy I have them in my back pocket in case I’m in need of Ortho Care. Five Stars!!"

"St Lukes is suppose to have an unscented environment and uniformed employees. THE DID NOT!!! I kept telling them this and that I shouldn't stay. I had an Asthma attack while waiting in the room. When I exited the room I was hacking & gasping for air. No one followed me to see if I was okay. I stood outside by the front door and no one came out. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS FACILITY AGAIN!!"

"Every time I have came here the receptionists one was named Valerie and I don’t remember the other woman that I spoke with at check-ins but both have had an attitude that radiates they don’t want to be here or dealing with people simply put they are just rude you definitely won’t receive a warm friendly welcoming here. Aside from that the wait time was good also Luke and Logan are stellar gentlemen that work here I wish I can give a higher rating just on behalf of them and there customer service . Last but not least was the Dr. I had been seen by Dr. Lyons at first the evaluation was going well but when I was having an issue with the fitting of my cast he lost all professionalism , he switched quickly from a caring professional to very hostile with awful customer service and no composure. Honestly you are better off being seen elsewhere if able."
